Our residential project Villa de Sozo, is nestled on a green hill in the tourist city of Tamarindo. The architectural design of this imposing villa was mainly focused on taking advantage of the natural visuals that surround the exotic location where the construction is located, being the altitude an element that allowed focusing the perspectives towards the natural environment that surrounds it; The orientation of the house, mainly towards the Pacific Ocean, was a vital design criterion during the planning of the project, this being reinforced with the opening and transparency of the building towards said visuals, which generates a direct synergy between the built and the natural ; large windows, sliding doors and glass pocket doors made it possible to relate the wonders of the natural context of Tamarindo with the incredible architecture of the home, warmly decorated with a variety of environments that recall the tropical and beach life of Costa Rica.
